#pricing Pricing and quotes
How much does a custom kitchen cost?
It depends on the size and layout, the door collection and finish, the drawers and fittings, the benchtop or worktop and installation. Your local partner gives you a written, itemised quote after a free measure. → /pricing
Why don't you publish a price list?
Two kitchens of the same size can differ by thousands depending on drawers, finishes and fittings. An itemised quote for your room is more useful than a list price.
Is the quote free?
Yes. In every city we cover, a local partner measures for free, and the measure and your written quote come with no obligation.
What's included in the quote?
Cabinetry, doors, hardware and installation, itemised. It also says whose cabinetry it is, who you contract with and what the warranty covers. → /how-it-works#whats-included
How do I pay?
You pay your local partner, who you contract with. Their written quote sets out the deposit and payment stages.

#measure The measure and design
What happens at the measure?
Your local partner measures the room, checks services and access, and talks through your ideas and budget.
How long does the measure take?
It depends on the size of the rooms. Your partner tells you how long to allow when they confirm the time.
Do I get a 3D design?
Yes, for Kabinly cabinetry. Our design team supports your local partner with a layout and 3D renderings for you to approve before production.
Can I change the design after approving it?
Changes are free until you approve the design and quote. After that, changes may affect the price and the timeline, and your partner's contract sets out how.

Can I ask for Kabinly cabinetry?
Yes. Say so when you book and we'll pass it on to your local partner. Your quote says whose cabinetry you're getting.

#installation Installation
Who installs my kitchen?
The vetted local partner in your city who measured and quoted. If you can't resolve something with them, email cs@kabinly.com.
Do you remove my old kitchen?
Ask your partner at the measure. Your quote says whether removing and disposing of the old kitchen is included.
Do you do the plumbing and electrical?
Connections must be done by licensed trades. Your quote says whether your partner arranges them or you use your own.

#warranty Warranty and after-care
What warranty do I get?
Your warranty comes from your local partner, who you contract with, and is set out in your written quote. It doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or UK consumer law.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell your local partner straight away. You contract with them, so they put it right under your contract. For Kabinly cabinetry, they arrange replacement parts with us.
How do I care for my cabinets?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, dry straight away, and avoid abrasive cleaners. Leave the dishwasher door ajar after hot cycles so steam doesn't sit on the doors.
